FUN DAY FOR KIDS.

Tomorrow is National Children's Day - the special occasion for all kids to have a fun spree with their parents all day long. No need to worry about bomb threats, the security system has been properly tightened up around town to guarantee a safe, sound and memorable day for the little ones.

To celebrate the day of youth right in the heart of the city, Siam Paragon is holding the "Siam Paragon Super Kids" featuring fantastic edutainment activities for the whole family at the Fashion Hall on Jan 13-14 from 11am-7pm.

The highlight is a kid's fashion show on Jan 13 starting at 2pm. Taking to the catwalk will be some 200 celebrity kids presenting the latest collections by renowned brands such as Lacoste, Guess Kids, Next, Good Bare, Esprit, Tiny Tykes, Oshkosh and Barbie.

Other attractions include a magic show, a music show from KPN Music Academy and a performance by students of La Danse who will be putting on a best show with Vanessa "Kru Ped" Kansophon, as well as plenty of fun games.

Only within a stone's throw distance is where children and parents will have a chance to strengthen their love and bonds during "The Kids' Fiesta @ CentralWorld" event held on the ground floor of Zone A.

The highlight fiesta on Jan 13 includes a fashion show by 20 celebrity families, a smart kids fashion show and a showcase of body-paint creations. Kid stars such as Nong Prae from Taekwando Kid TV series, Nong Trumpet and Nong Dada from Sood Rak Sood Duang Jai, and Nong Chan-nel from Mungkorn Son Payak series will also show up to participate in the entertainment.

The festival continues on Jan 14 with the Little Angels parade and competition, a display of fancy balloons, drama performances, a magic show and creative games, as well as lots of prizes up for grab.

For fans of Ultraman, the Japanese superhero, the Yoyo Land Amusement Park at Seacon Square presents an extravaganza by Ultraman cartoon characters to be flown in from Japan.

Performing on stage are Ultraman Mebius, Ultraman Nexus, Ultraman Cosmos, Ultraman Gaia, Ultraman Dyna and Ultraman Tiga. There are 2 shows daily at 2:30pm and 4pm on both Jan 13 and 14.

Apart from the free Ultraman shows, there are also other fun shows and a giveaway of gifts and goodies for all kids.

Meanwhile, Central Plaza Rama II is holding the "Disney Kids Day Party" on Jan 13 from 11am-5pm. Held with the aim to boost the talents of underprivileged children, the event features creative games, a fashion show by hearing-impaired children, a stage show by visually-challenged children, a gift-wrapping contest, story-telling of Disney tales, chorus singing and the final round of the "Disney Little Princess Costume Contest".

The highlight is the "Disney Happy Fantasy Light & Sound Show" by famous cartoon characters led by Mickey Mouse and friends. The showtimes are noon, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm and 7pm.
