- Jasmine International said it repurchased 20m shares at 0.44-0.45 bt each, totalling 8.92m bt, on April 4. Cumulative shares repurchased to date total 108,847,800 or 1.308% of paid-up capital.
- Krisadamanakorn said its board on April 4 approved a capital reduction to 3.94bn bt by cancelling 177,353,062 unsold shares; a capital increase to 7.39bn bt by issuing 1.5bn new shares (2.30 bt par); allotment of the new shares through a private placement; issue and offering of 310,000 convertible debentures at 1,000 bt per unit; and capital increase by issuing 310m new shares (2.30 bt par) to reserve for the convertible bond exercise. The shareholders' meeting is May 24, register closed May 3.
- MCOT said its board on March 30 approved the resignation of Narong Chokwatana as a member of the board and audit committee, effective from April 1.
- Mandarin Hotel said its board on April 3 approved a dividend of 1.90 bt for 2006, to be paid May 11, register closed April 17. The shareholders' meeting is April 30, register closed April 12.
- MBK said its board on April 4 approved a final dividend of 1.75 bt for 2006, to be paid May 3, register closed April 19.
- Minor Corporation said 3 MINOR-W1 warrant holders converted 12,498 units to 152,652 ordinary shareholders on March 30. Unexercised warrants total 2,626,398 units.
- Nava Nakorn said its board on April 3 approved a dividend of 0.15 bt for 2005, to be paid May 25, register closed May 11. The shareholders' meeting is April 30, register closed April 18. It said 82 NNCL-W1 warrant holders converted 83,457,220 units to the same amount of ordinary shares on March 30. Unexercised warrants total 379,289,420 units.
- NEP Realty and Industry said its board on April 3 approved the company's borrowing of 40m bt from Nava Nakorn at 7.5% annual interest, to be used for working capital.

- Ticon Industrial Connection said on March 30 one TICON-W1 warrant holder converted 300 units to 1,564 ordinary shares and 16 TICON-W2 holders 2,913,616 units to 2,999,969 shares. Unexercised warrants of TICON-W1 and W2 total 20,825 and 21,567,684 units respectively.
- Thai Airways International said the interest payment on debentures No. 1/2005 series 1 (THAI085A), series 2 (THAI115A), and series 3 (THAI155A) would be made on May 14, register closed April 30.
- Thai Heat Exchange said that Somkiat Kamolbal had resigned as vice-president, effective from April 1.
- United Paper, referring to the expansion of a co-generation plant, said the second turbine and generator had passed their commissioning tests. The company has been producing up to 9.5 MW of electricity since March 24.
- Workpoint Entertainment said shareholders on April 2 approved a dividend of 0.55 bt for 2006, to be paid April 27, register closed March 16.
