Exhibition management TRAINING :The Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TICA) is offering a 150-hour exhibition management degree (EMD) programme.

The curriculum was designed by UFI, the German-based Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, which represents leading trade show organisers. The courses include on-site and e-learning seminars in different phases from March to July. Thirty-two people, half of them Thais, are currently enrolled in the programme.

FINANCE :Fitch Ratings has assigned a national long-term rating of AA(tha) to 2.5 billion baht in guaranteed debentures due in 2009 issued by DaimlerChrysler (Thailand), with a stable outlook. The rating is based on the full and unconditional guarantee by DaimlerChrysler, rated BBB+ with a stable outlook.
