2007 RACE OF CHAMPIONS

Since 1988, the Race of Champions (ROC) have been held annually to pitch some of the best race and rally drivers in the world in identical cars running in parallel on figure of eight tracks. This year's cars are Ford Focus WRCs, Aston Martin Vantage N24s and the beastly 437hp/tonne ROC buggies.

Venue has moved from the Stade de France to the Wembley Stadium where a temporary tarmac track has been built over the grass.

This year's 16 invited drivers include Michael Schumacher, Jensen Button, Andy Priaulx, Jimmie Johnson, Tom Kristensen, Se'bastien Bourdais, Petter Solberg and Marcus Gronholm.

A1 GP

ROUND 4 OF 10 - ZHUHAI

- Dec 15-16, Zhuhai, China.

Fourth leg of the A1 GP is debuting at the southern Chinese city of Zhuhai where an international race track has been built since 1996. Out of 23 nations, the A1 China team currently ranks a respectable 10th.

TV - Qualifying - Sat Dec 15 at 1pm on ESPN.

Race - Sun Dec 16 at 1pm.
