Festive tables

The Thai Red Cross Society, in association with the diplomatic wives in Bangkok, will be holding the 3rd "Festive Tables 2007", introducing guests to holiday celebrations and traditions.

Tables will be decorated by participants from 20 embassies, such as China, Finland, Peru, Canada, Morocco, Romania, New Zealand, the Philippines, Brunei and Egypt.

Children will get to meet and take pictures with Santa Claus and guests will have a chance to win an air ticket to Finland.

"Festive Tables 2007" will be held on Saturday from 10am to 3pm in the ballroom of the InterContinental Bangkok.

The entrance fee is 100 baht (free for children under the age of 12). Proceeds go to the Thai Red Cross Society.
