Ratchadamnoen haven
Loha Prasat is an architectural wonder for anybody who has time to wander around. I was able to sneak in this monument after braving noisy traffic and a scorching sun. A little enclave on Ratchadamnoen Avenue, the monument is a delightful haven in which I could find some solitude away from pressing crowds and hectic traffic. Walking around, I found that I was not alone in seeking a temporary refuge - a tomcat was in deep slumber, unaware that I was just inches away.
