Three southernmost provinces brace for flash floods
The Meteorological Department Sunday warned residents in the three southernmost provinces to brace for possible flash floods, as heavy downpours would likely continue.
In the face of rough weather, small trawlers were warned not to go out into the sea at least until Tuesday.
Local people in flood-prone areas of Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat were told that flash floods and run-off water from higher grounds might hit in the next one or two days.
