Operatic delight

Out of a dream
In "Stranger in a Dream" at Kathmandu Photo Gallery, artist Stephen Albair was inspired by Thai traditional storytelling that depict the objects as metaphors with multiple meanings.
He set up objects in naturally lit dreamscape, and uses a camera and lens that he bought around 35 years ago. The objects also reflect many ideas and themes from his previous works as a jeweller and sculptor.
The show opens tomorrow and
runs until January 27 at the gallery on Pan Road, near the Indian temple on Silom Road (BTS: Surasak).
The gallery is open from 11am to
7pm daily (except Monday).
