Today's Bangkok Run at 4:30pm men only. Location: Bang Namphueng Floating Market, Phra Padaeng. _ Take the first stage expressway towards Dao Kanong. Exit at the Rama III exit, turn left and zero your odometer as you hit Rama III. Go over the first flyover. Stay on the left, follow sign Industrial Ring. At 2 km turn right at the traffic light. Go over the first mega bridge and exit at the Suksawat exit at 4.6 km. Follow the sign Phra Padaeng. U turn at the flyover at 7.2km. Stay left direction Phrarachveriyaporn road. At the T junction turn left at 8.3 km. At 8.5 km turn turn right. At 9 km turn left. At 9.8 km turn left. You are now on Petchahung road. At 10.3 km cross a bridge. At 14.1 km turn right into soi 26. At 14.8 km turn left through the temple gate. At 15 km turn right, across a small bridge and then right again onto a gravel road to the big parking with the hare's car.

Bangkok Monday Hash Mon 29 at 5.15pm. Bangkruay, Wat Sai. _ Exit Second Stage Expressway at Rachadapisek exit. After the lights try to shift right and continue on the flyover. On the left side there is a clock tower and Big C. This is the Wongsawan Road. Continue straight to the Rama Vll Bridge. Crossing the bridge stick to left and take the first left exit. Loop under the bridge reaching the river and continue. Pass the Police Station on your right and turn right into Route 3215, under Oral-B sign. Continue on this winding road . About 200 metres after passing the 3 Km marker on your right, turn right between Wat Samrong and the police station, at the crossroad . Go over the big concrete bridge, continue for about 300-400 metres, and park at the empty space on the left, opposite to Wat Sai. You can take a river boat from the Taksin Bridge pier and disembark at the Rama VII Bridge Pier (takes less than an hour). Get on a motobike taxi (25 baht) or take a taxi and follow the above directions from under the bridge.
