All-rounder Kaewpany wins

Thai gymnast Kaewpany Rartchawat won the men's all around apparatus while two Singaporeans shared the women's title yesterday. Kaewpany scored 87.40 points _ 14.750 points in the floor exercise, 14.650 in the pommel horse, 14.400 in the rings, 15.050 in the vault, 14.750 in the parallel bars and 13.800 in the horizontal bars.
Malaysia's Ooi Wei Siang took the silver after finishing 3.1 points behind the Thai gymnast. Vietnamese Truong Minh Sang got the bronze with 83.200 points.
In the women's event, Singaporean gymnasts shared the top honours with both Tay Jia Hui Tabitha and Tay Xi Hui Nicole scoring 54.200 points. Vietnam's Do Thi Ngan Thuong finished third with 53.200 points.
